Tough situation with 17 year old daughter

I have a 17 year old daughter that is a Senior this year. She doesn't EVER want to go to school and it's killing me. We fight about it every day and I'm just tired of trying when it's apparent that she doesn't care. She hates school and all of the kids in it. She has 2 friends, but one of them has already graduated and the other one is a drop out. What can I do here?

So I asked this girl out and I got rejected!
She was always so confusing ,she flirted and showed every sign of liking me and at the end she rejected me!
I didn't talk to her for about 3 weeks and now on Friday she smiled at me twice and the second time I said hi to her!
And the previous week I caught her watching me walk up the stairs with my best friend.

Left my job at the end of July 2008. Tried to work in the logistics business from home to make a new and different living and hopefully pulling in more than the $45k I was bringing in in take home. I am a former juvenile probation officer. Had to leave do the extreme burnout.

anytime a guy is interested in me my friends usually try and make a play for them . like this one night I went out and seen this guy on the dance floor and thought to myself wow but I didnt pay to much atention cause I thought to myself he would never like me but its funny because when the end of the night rolled around he came up and talked to me .
