Hello,

I am 16 weeks pregnant and 26 years old. It is my first pregnancy, but I heard that I should avoid creams with retinal during pregnancy. I have been using a night cream (Retinoid, Lotion a 0.10% de Tretinoiine)for almost 20 days from month of 8 of pregnancy. I am very worried now,
may it harm my baby? If you can help me I will appreciate alot.

don't you guys see this was written in the middle of the night, when this woman was probably freaking out? i'm sure she's called her doctor now. jeez, people.

i agree with harley. something is wrong is your are asking people who aren't doctors about something as important as using creams you know you shouldn't when you're pregnant. and yes, you shouldn't be smoking either.

you should be fine, but you need a medical opinion. but talk to your doctor today. just call their office and they will call you back. and if you don't have a doctor, get one right now!! if ou can't afford one, look up county health services in your area. you will be able to find low cost/no cost prenatal care.
